Booking Policy and Conditions

I appreciate that you have booked with me. I strive to provide an individualised and excellent service.
Please take a few minutes to read my terms and conditions.

COVID-19 - over ride
Level 2 and Above
I can only massage people who are are are healthy (free from respiratory symptoms) and are considered to be at low risk of developing a severe infection if Covid-19 was contracted. (link to MOH info)
Accordingly, on booking you must be screened, you will be email the day before, and re screened on arrival. I will also take your temperature when you arrive as an extra precaution.

I will follow up with 48 hrs after your appointment too.
By booking your appointment you are consenting to these conditions.

Level 1 and below

I can only massage people who are are are healthy (free from respiratory symptoms) and are considered to be at low risk of developing a severe infection if Covid-19 was contracted. I will still screen you for respiratory symptoms and contact with anyone from abroad.

If, after you book you feel unwell and you need to cancel or post-pone your appointment, there will be no charge.

If you turn up and are clearly unwell with respiratory symptoms then you will be charged full price.

Cancellations and no shows



The time that you schedule with me is set aside just for you.

With Covid 19 - new clients appointments require an extra 15 mins to go through your history, and set our contract, so if your appointment is for 10 am and you booked for an hour, your appointment will end at 11.15

Existing clients please allow and extra 10 mins, so if your appointment is at 10.30 am you will leave at 11.40 am

To make the most out of the time you have booked, I ask all returning clients to arrive a few minutes prior to their appointment.

Late Policy

I understand that sometimes life is outside of our control. If you do find yourself running late, please call or message to let me know on 021 0278 1770

So as to not impinge on the appointments that follow yours, the anticipated end time for your appointment will remain fixed. This means if you are late, your session will unfortunately be shortened.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually experienced, full payment for your booking is expected.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are necessary to cover the cost of my time. As a small business my clients are respected and deeply valued. Please show consideration by respecting my policies.

I ask that you give 24 hours notice of cancellation by messaging me through my Facebook business page “Knead Holistic Massage” or, call/text 021 02781770, or using the online booking system.

If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be invoiced the cancellation fee of half the cost of your massage treatment.

If no notice is given and you fail to turn up to a scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced the cancellation fee of the full cost of your massage appointment.

Gift Voucher Cancellations

If less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule your massage, your gift voucher will become void.

Same Day Appointments

When booking an appointment within the next 24 hour period, it is considered fixed, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is confirmed, the client is responsible for paying the full price of the booking.
